| dc.description.abstract | The docking between 4-amino substituted-7-chloroquinoline derivatives and Plasmodium falciparum lactate dehydrogenase were carried out. The designed 4-aminosubstitued-7-chloroquinoline derivatives show comparable dock score with chloroquine. The docking study reveals that the binding of 4-amino substituted-7-chloroquinoline derivatives and amino acids in the binding pocket of Plasmodium falciparum lactate dehydrogenase is observed. Predicted ADME properties of designed compounds are in range. | |
